Intro

Hola! I am Fikri Maulana. a few weeks ago I have been working for this case study in order to develop my skill in UI Design but also use UX research method to create best experience outcome. Armed with knowledge from bootcamp organized by Buildwith Angga, I have learned how to build a better experience app through design thinking, start from bringing out empathy until testing the product. I’m so excited to publish my second case study in UI/UX and also become my final project for this bootcamp. Happy reading!

I. Secondary Research

In this secondary research, I collect data in the form of user’s feedback on the app store or insights on social media, mediums, etc regarding movie streaming products

Key Findings

Homepage interface

Users didn’t like the user interface on homepage of streaming movie app because they find it unhelpful in finding the movies they like

Choosing a movie

Users are confused when they feel there is no good show anymore in the application

Search feature

Users said that search feature is less effective because there is feature to optimize search such as: filter by genre, moods, etc.

Don’t have much time

Most users are busy watching at the office so he only has a little time to watch
